The ultimate pre dinner drink and by far France’s most treasured and favoured aperitif, our exquisite Pastis comes from one of the region’s oldest and most recognized distilleries. It is flavoured with anise and liquorice, which gives it an unmistakable perfume reminiscent of the pre-dinner hustle and bustle of a busy Provençal brasserie. Our traditionally distilled spirit elaborates on its liquorice-anise palette with a blend of slowly macerated botanicals allowing their complex, aromatic notes to refresh and perfume the flavour. Adding spring water releases the aromas of the entire spectrum allowing your clients and guests to delight in rediscovering this traditional aperitif.
Best served: Pastis is best enjoyed when diluted in a ratio of 1:5 with ice-cold water.
Created in the same revered distillery as our Pastis; Pastis Bleu offers a smoother, softer touch of liquorice and anise than its classic counterpart, widening its appeal for those who prefer a milder flavour. This premium spirit translates the azure blue Provencal sky and aquamarine Mediterranean Sea into a stunning aperitif that will truly give your event tables a mesmerizing Provençal twist. Dazzled by its unique vivid blue colour, your guests, partners and clients will be transported to sunny afternoons in Provence where tradition and innovation are blended with the sweet life.
Best served: For an up-to-the-minute, stylish drink, Pastis Bleu is on point. Simply dilute in a ratio of 1:5 with pure spring water and pour over ice. For a truly chic summer cooler, serve in white wine stemware.
A cousin of the well-known Italian Limoncello, this refreshing, fruity lemon liqueur captures the essence of Menton’s sun-ripened lemons, yielding a uniquely balanced digestif. Lovingly created using only the finest lemon zest, alcohol and sugar, your customers, clients and guests will delight at the distinctive yellow colour that will add a vibrant citrus splash to your table dressing or event.
Like a bottle of scent for the palette, Fleur de Thym evokes all the finesse and grace of a field of early-flowering thyme. To create this superb digestive, fresh young thyme leaves are harvested during the Provençal spring before being infused in superfine alcohol, then gently pressed to draw out the inherent essence of the plant. This herbal palette is further refined by a hint of sugar, creating an undemanding after dinner sip. Indeed the beautiful mixology of Fleur de Thym, makes it much lighter than expected, and able to be enjoyed by all.
Best served: To enjoy a true Provencal digestive experience, serve chilled without the additions of ice or water.
The versatility of Provencal Absinthe Blanche is evident from its status as both an aperitif and digestive. Famous for its consumption during the First World War, Provence’s beautiful and potent Absinthe Blanche contains 24 local plants and herbs and is twice distilled to extract the most sublime and delicate plant aromas creating a truly premium drink. Absinthe Blanche is a potent drink to be appreciated and savoured slowly and thoughtfully.
Best served: Pour one shot of Absinthe Blanche into a glass. Place the slotted Absinthe spoon over the rim and set a sugar cube on top. Water should be poured from a tapped carafe, or a jug onto the sugar in order to dissolve it. Finish by topping the sweetened Absinthe up in a ratio of 1:8 with ice-cold water.
